Four layer of latex for sturdiness. Recoil of balloon forces fluid through tubing. 100ml fluid reservoir. Two flow control tubes are included. FCT12 is attached to pump. The FCT4 is included in the package. Flow rate can be changed by using other flow control tubes. Accuracy rate /- 15%.
